How long will it take to build my home at the WS?
Upon reservation a closing date will be given to you which will be stated in your P&S Agreement prior to signing.
How many homes in total will there be at the WS?
One mid-rise building consisting of 40 homes, including 4 affordable homes. Previously sold are 17 townhomes in Phase I of the community.
How many floor plans are available?
Four floor plans are available, two bedroom and two and a half baths.
What is the square footage?
Square feet ranges 1,421 – 1,493 of living space.
What are some included features?

Yes, one year builder’s warranty.

How do I reserve a home at Washington Station?
A non-binding reservation agreement with a $1,000 reservation deposit are required when you select and reserve your home at WS. At signing the P&S, a 10% deposit (less initial reservation deposit) is required.
